A bright hospital public space

Care starts
with clarity.

We connect overseas patients with specialist opinions in China and coordinate hospital visits and travel arrangements.

Confirm the scope and fee before physician review, and hospital arrangements before travel.

Where to begin

Who is this for? Overseas patients who have a diagnosis or treatment recommendation and want to compare options, or are considering care in China and need to understand the preparation. You can describe needs beyond orthopedics. The relevant specialty and arrangements are confirmed from your records and hospital availability.

Our role and service boundaries

Remote second opinion

You have a diagnosis or treatment recommendation and want another specialist perspective before deciding.

  • Prepare a record checklist and your main questions
  • Confirm the scope, fee and secure transfer method
About second opinions

Care coordination in China

You are considering care in China and want to clarify records, appointments and practical arrangements first.

  • Clarify the clinical question and available records
  • Plan travel and accommodation after hospital confirmation
About care coordination

Your care pathway

Second opinions and care coordination can be selected according to your needs. A second opinion is not required for every patient.

  1. Describe your needs

Prepare a brief summary, any existing diagnosis and the help you need. Do not send full records yet.

  2. Confirm scope and fees

Confirm whether we can help, the scope, fees and secure transfer method before sharing the required records.

  3. Confirm the care pathway

Explore hospital appointments as needed. If a second opinion is wanted, agree on its format and fee separately.

  4. Decide before travelling

After the hospital confirms it can receive you and you decide to proceed, coordinate travel and follow-up arrangements.
