Our role
Chenxi Medical provides consulting and medical coordination services. We are not a hospital, clinic, or physician and do not directly provide diagnosis, prescriptions, surgery, or other treatment.
This page is a public summary. The service confirmation, quotation, or written agreement accepted by the parties governs the specific scope, fees, cancellation terms, changes, and responsibilities.
Chenxi Medical provides consulting and medical coordination services. We are not a hospital, clinic, or physician and do not directly provide diagnosis, prescriptions, surgery, or other treatment.
Website information and an initial inquiry are not diagnosis or treatment advice. Testing, medication, surgery, and rehabilitation decisions are made by licensed physicians after formal assessment.
Each service engagement's deliverables, expected timing, cooperation requirements, and fees are confirmed before work begins. Items not confirmed are outside the service scope.
Our service fee is separate from hospital charges for registration, testing, treatment, medication, and admission. Third-party items expressly included in a plan follow the written offer; other third-party costs follow the provider's quotation and settlement rules.
Submitting an inquiry allows us to contact you about it. Before records are disclosed to a hospital or physician, the scope, recipient, and channel must be confirmed.
The hospital and physicians decide whether to accept a patient, request further tests, change a plan, arrange admission, or stop a treatment, based on clinical judgment and institutional policy.
If a patient, hospital, or third party changes a schedule, physician, or process, we will try to coordinate. Third-party or non-refundable costs already incurred are handled under the provider's actual rules.
We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, physician availability, visa approval, treatment success, or recovery, and we do not promise a cure or guaranteed result.
Patients provide accurate, complete, and timely information; prepare travel and identity documents; follow hospital rules; and communicate with treating physicians as needed.
We may decline or stop a service after explaining the reason if a request is outside our ability, presents material risk, involves unlawful activity, or cannot be coordinated safely.
Send a short summary first. We will explain what information is needed next and what service or third-party costs may apply.
